CELL-WAV disposable cell expansion kit (CW99H) is a sterile consumable for CELL-WAV automated cell expansion system, to realize bag-to-bag sterile connection during cell culture. The kit production strictly complies with GMP requirement. It has been tested for sterility, toxicity and airtightness before delivery to ensure requirements for sterility, standardization and scale-up are met
It provides a closed place for cell culture and eliminates risk of manual manipulation from the root. It can cover almost all cell culture applications, e.g. immune cells, tumor cells, insect cells, stem cells, as well as side products of cell culture, such as viruses.

Main culture bag and multiple liquid tubing can be flexibly matched, easy to use.
Connect with transfer bag for liquid sterile configuration and transfer.
High operation flexibility in tubing/connector double insurance mechanism allows bag-to-bag sterile transfer between different specifications of bags and provides seamless connection with other Sino-Biocan products.
Integrated non-contact pH and DO sensors reduce risk of contamination.
Different sizes of retention membrane can minimize risk of membrane blockage while guarantee retention rate

Fixing rod: integrated with rocker arm and fixed on heating plate.
Gas port: inlet and outlet port with 0.22μm filter, outlet port has a unidirectional pressure valve to keep suitable pressure in bag.
Sampling port: unidirectional needle-less sampling port with a end gap for sampling detection during culture process.
Liquid port: 3-4 ports with clamps control liquid flow in tubing.
Sensor: non-contact pH and DO sensor attaching to bag bottom.
Retention membrane: integrated with inside of perfusion bag, realizing high density culture of cells.
Liquid tubing: consists of silicon tube + PVC tube + Luer port cap. Silicon tube is used for liquid transfer via peristaltic pump, PVC tube for sterile connection in grade C environment.

Product specification
Main body of expansion bag can process cells of 20mL to 20L with 3 culture processes: basic culture, pH/DO optical culture and perfusion culture. Cell expansion kit specification and size can be selected according to customer’s process requirements.
